因为心里紧张而出现失误的案例比比皆是，紧张、注意力不集中、疲倦等对听力考试都有很大的影响。好多考生在模拟考试和实际考试时会出现1到2分的“落差”这种心理失误一开始就应该引以为戒。小站老师建议考生在备考时，首先应该做到“有备而来”，考前复习的要全面，考中了解答题要求，看清例题，明确题型。
其次在“提高速度”上还可以继续加强，找出问题的关键词和关联词，以确定主题。同时，考生在听，读，写时要紧密配合，滤除不相关的内容，减轻听力负担。在卷面上应该尽量用自己能够辨别的缩写符号或速记符号，在保证准确度的前提下提高速度。
在写答案的时候，还需要继续听题，注意不要漏过关键点，真正做到手、眼、耳的协调一致，注意在写的时候要保证语法和拼写的正确，不然会扣分。
