1. 表示节日的名词, 如:

2. 名词作定语

大多数情况下句词用单数形式作定语,如:

a paper basket 纸篓子

a telephone directory 电话号码本

a shoe factory 鞋厂

heart attack 心脏病

但有些名词需要用复数形式作定语,如:

a clothes shop 服装店
